We are proudly in-network with GEHA/Connection Dental Network, Cigna PPO, and Anthem BCBS. Our team is happy to help you better understand your dental benefits and answer questions about your coverage. If you do not have dental insurance or need assistance managing out-of-pocket costs, we are also happy to discuss available payment options that may help make your care more manageable.

Our Dental Membership Plan is not dental insurance. It is an in-house savings plan designed exclusively for patients of Bennetts Creek Family Dental and may only be used for services provided at our practice.

- 3 Family Members: 2 adults + 1 child, with the child up to age 13

- Family plans are not available for periodontal patients or periodontal plans
- The Wellness Plan is not dental insurance
